I have never been more offended or hurt by a business. We have spent thousands of dollars boarding our pets at this facility and recommended them to countless people for boarding. Our 10 year old bulldog was being scheduled for boarding and they refuse to give us a reason for not boarding him other than citing policy to not board a sick animal. We have told them countless times that he will no longer be on an antibiotic as of boarding date and it is not a contagious infection. When I inquire as to why they continue to not answer the question, I am told that they will email us a response. This is after two weeks of inquiring for a response. We have never had a bad interaction with them prior to this and have no explanation. Strongly advise against doing business with this level of leadership!!! The owner nor the vet are willing to take a call. I can’t imagine if he was truly ill and in need of veterinarian care how they would respond. Ironically, they boarded a previous pet with congestive heart failure for years. I can understand a change in policy but it is not being applied correctly and we are just being basically shunned without explanation.
