I called to inquire about a spay/neuter, and stated clearly that my vet had RETIRED and we were looking for someone NEW but also that we wanted to use the voucher program that the SPCA offers and were referred from that site. The response I received was "You don't want to use your regular vet for a major abdominal surgery?!" I was hoping that this office might be our new one, but if that's the way Michelle responds to callers she's not even listening to, it's a hard pass from us. I'm sure her job is hard, but why is her first move to give someone looking for help a pile of attitude. I wouldn't let them pet my dog let alone perform a surgery based on that interaction alone.

Ansede Animal Hospital deserves 10 stars but Google limits me to 5. I started coming here with a brand new puppy (Mochi; dog tax aka photo included) after visiting many big corporation vets with two of my cats I decided it would be nice for a change in pace. Everyone at Ansede is very attentive, thorough & patient with the animals & the concerned owners. After having many wonderful experiences with Mochi, one of my cats (Poppy, photo also included) began having issues going to the litter box. As concerning as this was; taking her into ANSEDE gave me peace of mind because I knew they would do anything & everything necessary to get her feeling back to her best meow-y self. Doctor Ansede and his staff are truly amazing people, you can tell they care deeply about the animals that come into their practice. They go over prices before anything happens so you know what you’ll be paying when you leave; this was a game-changer for me. Everyone there loves animals & truly follow a customer-service mindset. I will be recommending ANSEDE for many years to come. Reader; if you’ve struggled spending thousands of dollars at corporate vet offices..I highly encourage this family-owned & operated practice!
